These soft, healthy sugar free biscuits make an ideal lunch box treat or post dinner snack. Guilt free and easy to make, the whole family can enjoy them (like mine does!).
Cook Time: 10-15 min | Difficulty: Easy
• 1 cup/ 130g macadamias
• 1cup/ 130g cashews
• 1 cup /140g medjool dates
• 1 heaped Tbs cacao
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1 egg
Preheat oven to 180 Degrees Celcius or 350 Degrees Fahrenheit. Line an oven tray with baking paper.
In a good blender, blend the nuts and dates until well ground. Add remaining ingredients until very well combined and sticking together.
Roll into your preferred size, place on the oven tray and flatten slightly.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely prior to touching. Enjoy
