Christmas is all nicely tied up with a bow, so while you recover from any over indulgences, take a few moments alone before 31 December and review 2018.

Why? Ask yourself; if we don’t take time to review our highlights, wins and challenges over the past year, how can we expect to learn from then and do better in 2019? Or embrace more self-care, ease and less stress or busyness?

Learning from our journey and growing through whatever bumps we encountered provides a heartfelt opportunity to get very clear on anything that was missing for us. It could be getting clarity on moments where we overworked ourselves, didn’t listen to our intuition, or were not connect to our families.

Most of all, these reflective insights help us to understand how we can honour ourselves better in the coming 12 months.

Just like goal setting or creating outcomes for yourself, this is a powerful process that I make time to do each year and find it reaps many surprising rewards.

Creating a heart centred focus for the coming year along with some simple daily actions to make self-care an ever greater priority is something we can all benefit from. If you would like a little more balance, fun, or calm in 2019 you simply need to set 20-30 minutes aside to work through this workbook one evening when the kids are in bed or during your beach holiday.
