Winter BOMB !

For an immunity boost or at the first sign of illness make up this 10ml roller and apply regularly to lower back, base of feet and behind the neck.

  • 5 drops On Guard
  • 5 drops Lemon
  • 5 drops Tea Tree
  • 2 drops Oregano
  • 2 drops Thyme or Black pepper
  • 2 drops Frankincense
  • Top up with Fractionated coconut oil

Germ deterrent veggie capsule BOMB

Target viral infections by add the following essential oils to a veggie capsule:

  • 2 drops Cinnamon
  • 1-2 drops Thyme
  • 2 drops Black Pepper 
  • Top up with cold pressed olive oil

Diffuser recipes

One of the easiest way to keep everyone healthy is diffusing the common rooms of the home to minimise airborne pathogens.

While there are many combinations and oils to support the body in seasonal change, if you need inspiration try a few of these favourites. Note: Add one-two extra drops of each oil if you have a large diffuser or for large sized rooms.
