Why Feminine embodiment isn’t learned — it’s remembered

Something that really grates on me is this idea that women need to learn how to be feminine — by performing sensual dance moves or mimicking palatable behaviours.
You’ve seen the ads:
“Become more feminine with these three poses.”
“Unlock your inner goddess with sexy sway classes.”
“Unlock your feminine energy in 3 easy steps.”
This isn’t real embodiment… this is performative femininity:
• the exaggerated hip sways
• the invitations to “surrender” that actually evoke freeze or fawn responses
• the altar selfies that look like embodiment, but are too perfectly cultivated
🌹
Here’s the real truth ladies:
Performance is NOT how you share your true feminine heart. These are simply surface-level expression of your most primal, innate power that wont even land as fully.
Sure the woman who performs this kind of feminine movement may look the part…
But she won’t be felt or deeply FEELABLE… Not by the kind of man you truly want.
A deeply masculine, grounded man can feel whether you’re in your body or not — long before you ever say a word.
He won’t be fooled by aesthetics.
He won’t be drawn in by performance.
And he certainly won’t stick around for a fantasy when he’s looking for something far deeper…
A woman who knows, expresses and reveals her truth – through her body.
You see He responds to your FREQUENCY, not your appearance.
To the magnetic pull of your breath, womb and heart.
To the pulses of your pleasure and the sound of your soft sighs.
To the places where your emotions are fully alive and shared, in the moment
✨
Sure choreographed sensual movement classes can feel fun, freeing and they can begin to unlock something in you that was once frozen.
But if they don’t also invite you to move deeper beyond the routine of hip sways and head tilts…
into the raw, untamed, messier parts of your inner landscape as a woman, then they are only scratching the surface of your true potential.
Because real feminine embodiment isn’t learned.
It’s remembered and lived — one breath at a time.
Through your body.
When you dance like no-one else is watching…
because its only ever FOR YOU.
True embodiment isn’t just sweet, soft or palatable. That’s only one dimension of feminine expression.
True embodiment is honest, raw, messy, wild and authentic.
It happens when you reveal your heart, express your pleasure or let your pain be felt by another — in real time. Without hiding or pretending.
Your true feminine nature is to let your body move you… not your mind.
It may look wild.
It may look soft and tender.
It may look sexy and erotic or it may look chaotic..
But it will be REAL, GENUINE and most of all it will be FELT.
🔥
If you’ve been trying to DO yourself into being more feminine — please pause. Take a breath.
You don’t need to become more feminine…..
You ARE the feminine.
And she is always accessible — in this moment, through your body.
Let that be enough.
Let yourself remember that your body IS the Temple.
